Last chance to join the UK Pavilion in Cologne

The UK Pavilion at Kind und Jugend in Cologne this September is almost sold out with just a handful of space left from the 2,000 square metres booked by the BPA in Hall 11.1.
Adrian Sneyd, UK Pavilion Cologne organiser, comments; “We already have 50 confirmed exhibitors and literally only have enough space left to squeeze two or three more companies in. Despite increasing the size of the Pavilion this year, the increased UKTI TAP grants for 2013 means that companies are investing in bigger stands so space has been quickly absorbed leaving little room for additional exhibitors.
“Also, Kind und Jugend looks set to be a sold out show again this year, so unfortunately, once the UK Pavilion space has been allocated there is little opportunity to expand this further. Whilst the booking deadline for the UK Pavilion is 15th July, realistically, we expect it to be fully booked by early next week, so if companies are still toying with the idea of participating we recommend they get in touch as soon as possible.”
The UKTI has confirmed 50 TAP grants of £1,500 each for Kind und Jugend and around 40 of these have already been allocated. Exhibiting companies are advised to complete and return their grant application forms as soon as possible for the best possible chance of securing funding.
