UKTi funding secured for Cologne

Once again, the Baby Products Association (BPA) is working with UK Trade & Investment (UKTi) to support British companies wishing to expand into worldwide markets and has been allocated nursery sector funding for Kind und Jugend, Cologne in 2013.
At this early stage there are just 20 individual TAP funding grants of £1000 available for companies to exhibit at Kind und Jugend, but as in previous years, there is a possibility that this will increase as more funding becomes available.
Companies wishing to apply must be SMEs with a turnover of less than €50m with fewer than 250 employees and a new exporter – i.e. less than 10% of turnover resulting from proactive exports in the last 12 months. In addition, priority will be given to companies which have not exhibited at Kind und Jugend and have not received TAP funding before.

DEADLINE for applications is 30th June 2013.
The BPA is the UKTi’s Accredited Trade Organisation (ATO) for the UK’s nursery sector and will be handling all funding applications for both Kind und Jugend and ABC Kids in Las Vegas in October 2013. Applications for both shows are completely separate and more information about how to apply for funding for the USA show will be available soon.
