New business opportunities in the USA

The Baby Products Association’s team will be heading to Las Vegas next week to participate in one of the USA’s largest juvenile trade shows, ABC Kids Expo which runs from 18th to 21st October 2016.
The US is full of new opportunities particularly from emerging markets such as Mexico and South American countries such as Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile. Previously UK companies have also forged great business connections with Canada and the member companies joining the Pavilion this year are bravely looking into establishing these new markets.
Robert Anslow, managing director of the Baby Products Association, said: “Naturally, the Brexit announcement has affected not only the nursery industry, but international trade across the board and exhibiting in the USA has been a bold decision for the association’s members joining us at ABC Kids Expo this year. However, we firmly believe that the show offers great business opportunities and – with the support of Department of International Trade (DIT) TAP grants – we are confident that every company participating will see a good return on investment.”
