This site is designed to inform and promote the safe use of baby, nursery and childcare products to consumers and the industry in general.
More about the BPA...The deadline to enter the BPA’s prestigious Baby and Nursery Trade Awards (BANTA) is fast approaching, so exhibitors at Harrogate International Nursery Fair who believe they have a product which stands out from the crowd, are advised to return their entry forms as soon as possible.
These Awards are open only to exhibitors at Harrogate International Nursery Fair. The aim is to recognise and reward products at the show which, in the opinion of the judges (who are all industry experts), are the very best in terms of innovation, marketability, safety, consumer appeal and value for money. Receiving a BANTA is a fantastic tribute to your product and is recognised by retailers and buyers as an endorsement of a ‘must have’ line to stock.
There are nine categories to enter: Child Restraints; Wheeled Goods; Toys; Sleep Accessories; Travel Accessories; In Home; Safety; Feeding, Cleaning & Changing; and Best New Product. Please note that each product can only be entered into one category with the exception of new products that can be entered as Best New Product plus one other category.
A shortlist will be announced prior to Harrogate international Nursery Fair and these products will be judged at the show on Sunday 29th March and the winners announced that evening at the BPA BANTA Party & Awards night.
Download an ENTRY FORM and return to Julie James at the BPA at julie@b-p-a.org no later than 28th February 2015.
Exhibitors with shortlisted products will be required to provide a product sample to the judges before the show opens on Sunday 29th March 2015 for final judging.
Tickets for the BPA BANTA Party & Awards night, which includes a fabulous night of entertainment with top comedian Jason Manford, a three course meal and dancing 'til late, are selling fast. Hardly surprising at just £40 per head! Download your BOOKING FORM and return as soon as possible if you would like to come along.
